Herrenberg could be a branch from about 1380
Until 1525 the Bechts from Herrenberg were in chivalrous service of the Earls of
Tübingen.
Between 1380 and 1618 the Herrenberg Bechts split up

In that case, only Christian is a
father and there
has to be one or two more
Bechts.
He
represents the Dettingen-race.
This person, whom we believe to be Christian came in the 30- year-war (?)
(1618-1648) from Tübingen
to Dettingen.
It is estimated that he was
born between 1595-1615.
Supposing the mentioned
three are indeed his sons, then he lived
before 1635.
He could be
considered to be this person (Christian?)?

A Becht is born between
1595-1615 in Herrenberg.

In Empfingen there is a Christian Bächle, who married and died there.
I have to
consider him as one of the three sons.
He was born in Wolfach (Baden) which is nearby to Gutach and Schiltach, also
with Bechts.
